Shipping Policy

GoodKind currently ships within the United States only.

GoodKind is operated by ForgeLine Enterprises, LLC.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, carrier delays, or unexpected operational delays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is $3 for orders under $45.

Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping rates and eligibility are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping availability to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary and will be shown at checkout if available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

GoodKind is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, GoodKind is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us at support@trygoodkind.com and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trygoodkind.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when applicable.

Returns

Please do not send returns to our mailing address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Returns must be approved through our support team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
